  • Self-service technology in Airports research has really ramped up. This could not be more full of win.
  • Really. I’m going to complete this journal paper.

  • OZCHI is coming up. Must complete workshop proposal on “service design”1 and paper on self-service technology in airports.
  • Sekrit project2 progresses slowly.
  • A colleague is running a cool seminar day soon, so I’ll have to get ready for that.
  • I have drafts of student work to read. I’m actually looking forward to it.
  • DRS2010 is all sorted. Looking forward to being in Montreal. Not looking forward to getting to Montreal from quite literally the other side of the world3.
